Service Manager – Domiciliary Care Provider
We are seeking a Service Manager on a full‑time permanent basis to join our supportive and diverse team.
This role reports directly to the Deputy/Registered Manager.
Responsibilities
* Managing and supervising support workers
* Regularly update and review individual care plans
* Manage compliance and audits
Qualifications
* At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within health and social care
* Hands‑on experience in managing a domiciliary care service
* Track record of managing and motivating an effective team
* Strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards
* Experience working as a Manager in domiciliary care (ideal)
* Full UK driving licence (ideal)
