A top tier firm based in Bristol is currently seeking Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join their team. The firm is seeking someone that is NQ-10 years PQE with previous Clinical Negligence experience (either defendant or claimant)
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join a progressive and highly specialised department that is able to offer growth and progression to the individual as well as the opportunity to work on high quality defendant clinical negligence files.
Within this role you will be handling challenging yet a fulfilling case-load of NHS resolution, NHS trust, MDU and private medical insurers.
The firm is considering candidates from a Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury or Insurance background. Previous experience of an NHS Resolution or MDO panel is desirable however not essential.
