We are working with a global, market-leading business who is hiring an Insights Manager to join the team. This is a key role in shaping product and commercial strategy, where you’ll lead insight projects end-to-end. You will work independently to uncover customer needs and translate both qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable recommendations across international markets.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and deliver customer and market research projects (qual & quant)
* Manage agencies, research panels and insight tools
* Turn data into commercially relevant insights and recommendations
* Support new product development and proposition testing
* Assess and optimise existing product positioning
* Influence stakeholders and champion the voice of the customer
* Track market trends and competitor activity
What you’ll bring:
* Strong experience in market or consumer insights
* Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
* Proven ability to lead projects independently
* Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
* Curious, proactive and commercially minded approach
