Overview
Invigorate Recruitment is working with a well-established law firm in Yorkshire to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Secretary. This role is based at their head office in York and provides vital secretarial and administrative support to the Residential Property Department to ensure efficient file management and excellent client service.
Responsibilities
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Providing full secretarial support to fee earners
* Diary management
* Preparing financial records and assisting with distribution of funds
* Liaising with clients in a professional manner
* Handling telephone enquiries
* Maintaining document and file systems
* Contributing to the smooth running of the department
Requirements / Desirables
* Minimum 2+ years of legal secretarial experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with legal case management systems is desirable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Strong client care skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities
Hours: 9am – 5pm
Salary: 25k to £28k per annum
