Job Summary

Duties
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support clients with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring safety at all times

* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
* Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to organisational policies
* Follow care plans meticulously to meet individual needs and preferences
* Assist with light domestic tasks to ensure a clean and comfortable living space
* Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Skills
* Valid driving licence is desirable for supporting home care visits
* Experience working within a care home or providing home care is advantageous
* Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans accurately
* Good IT skills for maintaining records and documentation
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Compassionate approach with strong interpersonal skills
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
