Role overview:
We’re seeking a motivated store assistant to join our trading team, acting as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK. Your shop will be a hub for community engagement, brand awareness, and showcasing our work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
2. Working as part of the shop team to meet sales and fundraising targets.
3. Maintaining shop standards, visual presentation, safeguarding, and health and safety compliance.
4. Building relationships with the local community and colleagues.
5. Supporting fundraising events to achieve targets.
Desired skills:
1. Understanding of great customer service.
2. Experience in a busy customer service environment.
3. Ability to manage workload independently.
4. Teamwork skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
Ideally, you will also have:
1. Interest or understanding of fashion.
2. Retail experience.
