Strategic Business Development: Proactively research, identify, and secure new project opportunities across our key markets (Hospitality, Commercial, Retail, Residential). A strong, existing, and active network of contacts within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community in Bristol and the surrounding Southwest region is a critical requirement. ? Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and budgets, with a clear understanding of managing project profitability and GP. ? Experience in the lighting industry is highly desirable; however, exceptional candidates with a strong specification sales background in related A&D sectors (e.g., commercial interiors, furniture, flooring, high-end construction materials) will be considered. ?
