Salary: up to £28,500 per annum • Type: Permanent • Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends and nights (8am - midnight)

What You Will Be Doing As An Assistant Manager
* As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: Including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
* Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service
* Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.
What Skills & Knowledge You’ll Need
* An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
* An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
* Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
* An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment
* An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner
