As part of thatỢ journey, we generar launching and scaling our Cambridge branch and we’re looking for aൃത്വ driven Branch Manager to lead from the front.
The Opportunity
This is495 hands‑on leadership role, ideal for a high‑performing senior consultant who wants:
* Their first branch management role
* Full ownership of a local market
* The chance to build, grow, and leadölker a team in industrial & logistics recruitment
You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team, centralised back‑office functions, and a business that genuinely understands the industrial market.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing the Cambridge branch
* Billing on a strong industrial / warehousing desk
* Developing key client relationships across warehousing, logisticsрисида manufacturing

* Leading from the front – setting standards, mentoring consultants, and driving performance
* Recruiting, training, and developing your own team over time
* Owning branch P&L, KPIs, and growth strategy (with support)
Who We’re Looking For
* An experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (or equivalent)
* Strong background in industrial / warehousing recruitment
* Logistics recruitment exposure is highly desirable
* Proven billing history and client management skills
* Someone ready to step into leadership and accountability
* Commercially minded, motivated, and confident managing people
* Based in or able to commute to Cambridge
