This opportunity has arisen as part of a longer-term succession and growth plan rather than an immediate replacement. The successful individual will take a leading role within the residential property practice, advising on a high-quality caseload and contributing to the strategic direction of the department. The Profile
* An experienced residential property solicitor or legal executive operating at Partner level, or a senior lawyer with a clear pathway to partnership
* Strong technical expertise across a broad range of residential property matters, including higher-value and more complex transactions
* A proven ability to build and maintain long-standing client and referrer relationships
* Commercially minded, with a measured and realistic approach to business development
* Aligned with a firm that values quality of work, reputation and long-term client relationships
