Overview
We are looking for a chef who is passionate and has a real flair for all things food. Based on the beautiful South Devon Coast, you will be part of a unique Food & Beverage Team offering a bespoke locally sourced menu, supporting an experienced Executive Head Chef over our varied businesses. The relevant candidate will primarily be based at our Lobster Lounge restaurant, with the opportunity to work at any of the restaurants and experience a broad range of different cooking environments.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a consistent dining experience for our guests
* Support the Head/Sous Chef in the full operation of the kitchen
* Quality control
* Maintain high standards of hygiene
The Individual
* Health & Safety and Food Hygiene certificates (training supplied if required)
* Previous kitchen experience desired or Production Chef Apprenticeship Level 2
* Excellent communication skills
* A great team member who likes to support and be involved
* A forward-thinking problem solver
* Positive attitude to work with the desire to learn
