Job Summary
We are looking for an all-round great administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to supporting daily operations. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, interacting with people and providing exceptional support to our team members.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support, including scheduling, invoicing and various correspondence.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
* Support the team with clerical duties as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is preferred, although training will be provided.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Docs.
* Experience with Sage is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
