Service Operations Manager – Europe Location: Flexible within Europe Company: Diversey – A Solenis Company Division: TASKI (Professional Cleaning Equipment) About Us At Diversey – A Solenis Company, we are pioneers in cleaning and hygiene solutions across a wide range of industries. Our TASKI division offers cutting-edge floor-care machines including scrubber-driers, polishers, vacuums, carpet and steam cleaners, and even robotic solutions. These products are engineered for performance and durability across sectors such as healthcare, retail, education, foodservice, and industrial sites. The Role We are seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead our TASKI Service operations across Europe. This is a high-impact leadership position focused on delivering operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and unlocking after-sales growth. You will oversee service national teams, manage 3rd party service providers, and optimize workflows across leasing, fleet, refurbishment, consumables, and spare parts. Key Responsibilities • Lead and inspire regional service teams to deliver a high-performance culture • Improve customer satisfaction by enhancing Service KPIs and service delivery • Execute the European Service strategy in alignment with global objectives • Manage leasing, rentals, fleet performance, and engineering workflows • Oversee European fleet operations to increase uptime and reduce costs • Strengthen performance of third-party service providers • Drive after-sales revenue through service offerings and consumables What You’ll Bring • Minimum of 3 years' experience leading a Service department in a B2B solutions company • Experience as a Service Manager in an international or European context • Proven leadership and coaching capabilities • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills in English (German or French a plus) • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally Why Join Us?
