Responsibilities:
1. Participating in requirement gathering sessions with Business Analysts, assessing technical feasibility
2. Developing and implementing modules for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, major Incident management
3. Planning and configuring mid-server architecture, troubleshooting mid-server-related problems, and conducting cloud discovery from Azure and GCP.
4. Proficient in registering Business Applications, creating Service maps, and managing GRC Controls.
5. Establishing integrations with third-party tools.
6. Managing platform administration tasks.
7. Collaborating with offshore teams to ensure adherence to best practices, conducting code reviews, and assisting in the development of complex requirements.
8. Data Migration: Develop and document data migration strategies and plans across instances
9. Sound experience in CMDB/CSDM discovery – Cloud (GCP and Azure preferable)
10. Create technical delivery plans that support the Business platform vision and strategy
11. Understand, communicate and collaborate designs and platform principles to architecture peers and stakeholders
12. Driving alignment to the business, IT and Platform strategies and imperatives
13. Perform technical proof of concept activities where appropriate
14. Own all the technical design, architecture governance in line with the org best practices.
15. ServiceNow Certified( preferrable)
