Are you an experienced and confident HLTA looking for an exciting new opportunity this Summer Term? We are currently seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join one of our welcoming and supportive primary schools, working across all Key Stage 2 classes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate education professional who enjoys variety in their role and thrives in a dynamic school environment. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across Years 3–6, delivering interventions, covering lessons where required, and helping pupils reach their full potential both academically and personally.

The role will involve:
* Supporting teaching and learning across KS2 classes
* Delivering small group interventions and booster sessions
* Providing classroom cover in the absence of teachers
* Working closely with teaching staff to raise pupil attainment
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold HLTA status or have equivalent experience
* Have recent experience working within a primary school setting
* Be confident supporting across all Key Stage 2 year groups
* Demonstrate excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* Be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
