Where will you be working?
M Group Rail and Aviation
Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

What will you be doing?
You'll be managing the resilience related projects or tasks including effective supervision of staff, workforce and sub-contractors and effectively manage planning and programming, procurement and health and safety. You will produce project and task specific documentation including RAMS, permits, toolbox talks, briefings and other necessary health and safety documentation and maintain accurate records including actions log, resource allocation, site diaries and progress monitoring.
You'll need to be able to support, coach, guide and mentor members of the team to ensure excellent results are achieved and provide support and advice in resilience to ensure that future operation, maintenance and training can be achieved for optimum service delivery and with minimum disruption.
We want you to be able to contribute to the improvement of the quality and delivery of the daily plan by accurately reporting task data and deviations to plan and actively seek ways to improve efficiency and service.
We'll work with you for you to be able to implement the requirements of the Company Management System (CMS), as applicable to the business operations.
What you’ll bring
To be within travelling distance of Gatwick
Good technical knowledge
Experienced working under NEC contracts
Degree or HNC in civil engineering
10 year experience
Civils infrastructure / Building experience
Work in MOD / Nuclear premises
