This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered architectural practice who work on a range of projects across the East Midlands. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Leicester.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
* Lead and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
* Manage the planning, technical, and construction stages of projects
* Ensure projects comply with building regulations and planning policy
* Coordinate alongside clients, consultants and contractors
Skills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:
* ARB registered
* Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficient with AutoCAD
* Experience working across the residential and commercial sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong design and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Leicester area
