Position: Band 8a Pharmacist

Rate of pay: £35-£37 per hour
Day Webster are currently recruiting a Band 8a Pharmacist with hospital experience and clinical experience for a hospital based in Aylesbury.
Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration. The shift pattern would be daily, although the service would consider other suitable work patterns for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide pharmaceutical care to patients.
2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication management.
3. Conduct medication reviews and consultations.
4. Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Registered Pharmacist with relevant experience.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Experience in a hospital setting.
