MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Principle Responsibilities The post holder will be responsible for the following: Provide clinical leadership and support. Ensure that excellence of care delivery is maintained and evaluated in line with local and national best practice standards and guidance, this is transferred across to individualised interventions enabling recovery and engagement with the service user group. Work closely and collaboratively with service users, their carers, and the multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and review care. To promote therapeutic relationships, respecting the uniqueness of each patient, acting in a non-judgmental manner, and promoting the rights of the individual at all times.
Provide quality assurance and oversight of all aspects of clinical governance to share with the senior management team and provide quality assurance to Options for Care Stakeholders. To apply you must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and have your NMC pin.
