We are looking for a highly capable graduate to join our team at an exciting time of growth as a Carbon & Energy Analyst. This entry-level role is designed for a motivated and personable graduate with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in carbon, sustainability, and data led decision-making. You will play a key role in supporting carbon measurement, reporting, and verification, working closely with internal teams, external clients, verifiers, and the Regulators. With structured training and hands-on project exposure, this role offers a clear progression pathway to becoming a Carbon Consultant within 12–24 months. Key duties and responsibilities: •Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with clients, Verifiers, and Regulators. •Ensure clients understand their carbon reporting responsibilities across mandatory schemes, including EU ETS, UK ETS, ETS2, SECR and ESOS. •Support clients through the monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) process (onsite and virtual). •Collect, process, analyse, and present complex energy and emissions data to submit Annual Emission & Activity Level Reports. •Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non‑technical audiences. •Collaborate with colleagues across the team while also managing your own tasks and deadlines independently. •Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and methodologies. •Research and write website content, including blog articles. •Attending industry events and support networking About you: •Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (or due to graduate in 2026) •Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and a keen analytical eye. •Personable and confident communicator with the ability to engage with clients and present information clearly. •Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues across projects. •Experience with data tools (e.g. Excel). •A genuine interest in carbon, sustainability, and environmental performance. •A Clean UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the UK. •Ability to reliably commute to our office (HD7), or plan to relocate before starting work. •Chemistry/Chemical Engineering knowledge or background is advantageous •Right to Work in the UK without sponsorship What we offer: •A starting salary of £28 000 (reviewed annually) •A clear development pathway to Carbon Consultant within 1–2 years. •Hands‑on experience with clients across a range of sectors. •Ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. •A supportive, collaborative team environment. •The chance to make a meaningful impact in sustainability and carbon management. •The chance to be part of an employee-owned company, with opportunity to join EOT bonus scheme after 12 months of service. •28 days paid holiday (including public holidays).
