BettingJobs are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager for a rapidly expanding casino provider with a growing portfolio of operators. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their operations are optimised, and that they are getting the most from the products and tools available to them.
This role would be well-suited to an individual with a passion for online casino, detailed knowledge of casino games and content, and experience in a commercially focused role.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve financial targets based on ongoing growth
* Identify new strategic opportunities to increase revenues
* Proactively upsell new casino products and functionality, ensuring clients understand the product development roadmap
* Develop in-depth expertise in each casino product and its features
* Upsell third-party games and content
* Offer business support and suggest casino growth strategies to assigned clients
* Work with clients to optimise ROI across casino products
* Ensure continual improvement of all aspects of the service
* Generate ideas for the development of the platform and products
* Conduct training sessions on casino products
* Ensure clients are informed about key technical and non-technical developments affecting their business
Requirements:
* Previous experience within the casino iGaming industry in a relationship management or commercial role
* Experience in a B2B role, preferably with iGaming platforms offering casino products
* Genuine interest in online gaming and a strong understanding of the industry
* A tenacious personality with the drive to achieve outstanding results
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strategic and business-driven mindset
* Ability to prioritise among competing tasks
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
* Experience in data-based performance analysis, reporting, and statistics
