McCann Enterprise is McCann Worldgroup’s specialist creative agency for corporate and B2B brands.
We create brand platforms to energise the global brands that shape our world. We also act as a portal into McCann Worldgroup to activate our platforms worldwide, in fields as broad as brand creation, advertising, content creation, digital marketing, sponsorship, partnership, employer branding, investor marketing and thought leadership.
Current accounts include Nestlé, MasterCard, PWC, Reckitt Benckiser, Equinor, NEOM, Cigna, and others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role as Strategy Director you’ll be working across several major clients, managing upstream Strategy projects on a global scale. Specifically you’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading projects to better understand, segment and define client audiences
2. Create inspiring and actionable audience personas for both global and regional audiences
3. Build out full funnel audience journeys and content programmes, with an emphasis on tailoring mid-funnel content and inputting into CRM programmes
4. Contribute audience insights into campaign briefs and marketing projects, ensuring solutions better meet audience needs across the funnel
5. Act as a marketing partner to clients, helping to unpack business needs and shape briefs
6. Write marketing plans from the ‘ground up’ in collaboration with client, across a variety of different corporate project areas
7. Act as a partner to the wider strategy team, using your audience and B2B expertise to further elevate marketing sophistication across client’s broad and ever-expanding needs
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirements:
8. Experience operating at a similar level, leading Strategy projects for major global businesses. Some prior B2B / Corporate experience is required.
9. Advanced audience skills; segmenting homogenous audiences and developing rich marketing personas
10. Full funnel experience, tailoring deep audience journeys with mid and lower funnel comms/content to meet nuanced needs
