A great opportunity to mentor and put a real stamp on the company and actually feel like you are valued and an intergral part of the team, not a number. This will be working in a heavy industry environment, if you are bothered about grease and muck and getting dirty this isn't the role for you.
Experience required for the maintenance lead engineer:
Qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) as a maintenance engineer
5 years experience as a maintenance engineer who has gone above and beyond in current tole - will need to demonstrate examples of this
would look at installation/inspection qualifications
experience within test and inspect and installations is advantageous
