Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to fill our vacant position in our Brentwood Location. Our Recruitment Administrator role is rewarding for the right person.

This is a remote working role, however you will be required to attend events as required.

The position offer is for part time applicants.


Responsibilities

* As a Recruitment Administrator working for You & I Care, you will share our core values of caring compassion and improvement.
* Implement actions to meet and maintain administrative and financial standards.
* Assist the development of the philosophy, goals, and objectives for the administrative and financial practice.
* Implement action to meet and maintain administrative and financial standards. Evaluate standards of administrative and financial competence.
* To maintain administrative and financial skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
* To provide administrative and financial services for YOU & I CARE in accordance with current best practice.
* To implement and supervise the recruitment administrative processes within YOU & I CARE in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, in line with accepted best practice and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time.
* Be the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries. Using recruitment information systems to access, input and compile data.
* Assist and support Management with Candidate Interviews. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals we support.
* Develop effective working relationships with other YOU & I CARE employees. Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships.
* Cooperate with the implementation, evaluation, orientation and induction of all new employees.
* Support the effective resolution of team conflicts. Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
* Promote a positive image for the people and employees of YOU & I CARE.
