This role focuses on delivering high‑quality powertrain/software calibrations, ensuring adherence to established change-control processes, and managing cross‑functional technical interactions across the calibration lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Accountabilities: Release high‑quality calibrations and provide OK/NOK for release readiness. Ensure full compliance with software and calibration change‑control processes. Core Responsibilities: Execute and maintain software & calibration change‑control activities, including ownership of issue resolution and continuous improvement. Evaluate upcoming software changes and develop initial calibrations. Own and manage calibration label structures; resolve ownership conflicts.
