Location: London | Employment Type: Permanent | Base Pay: £40,000 – £45,000
Overview

Working closely with leading developers, architects, and contractors, we provide high‑quality mechanical and electrical design expertise across residential, commercial, and mixed‑use schemes.
Responsibilities
 * Design, manage and supervise mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion.
 * Prepare detailed design information, specifications, reports, and drawings.
 * Support project resource planning and fee monitoring.
 * Use thermal modelling software such as IES‑ve (or similar) to support design development.
 * Liaise with clients and design teams to deliver coordinated, compliant designs.
 * Monitor project progress, variations, budgets, and quality.
 * Build and maintain excellent client relationships, supporting repeat business.
What We're Looking For
 * Proven experience in mechanical building services design within the UK construction sector.
 * Strong technical knowledge of CIBSE, BSRIA, and BRE guidance.
 * Ability to prepare accurate and consistent design information.
 * Experience monitoring building services installations on site.
 * Thermal modelling experience (IES‑ve or similar) would be an advantage.
 * Excellent communication and project management skills.
