Based within the Assessment Team under the “Relationships First” model

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of children and families
* Develop and implement tailored care plans to ensure safety and promote well-being
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to coordinate support services
* Maintain accurate, timely case records in compliance with statutory requirements
* Empower families through guidance and support to achieve positive outcomes
* A recognised qualification in Social Work (BA, MA, DipSW or equivalent)
* Registration with Social Work England
* Proven experience in children and families social work
* Strong knowledge of current legislation and statutory frameworks
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
* Competitive hourly rate of £31.74
