Mechanical Design Engineer

Team: R&D
Working Pattern: Full-time
This role sits within the R&D team and focuses on leading product development and product improvement projects. The Mechanical Design Engineer will take ownership of projects from concept through to production, working closely with engineers, scientists, suppliers, and external partners. Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Engineering Projects
* Design new products and develop innovative engineering solutions
* Lead and support New Product Development (NPD) and product improvement projects
* Lead Engineering Change Request (ECR) activities
* Plan, cost, and manage projects including timelines and budgets
* Compile and present project updates to stakeholders
Design & Technical Delivery
1. Produce high-quality 3D CAD models, assemblies, drawings, and documentation using SolidWorks
