Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for patients. Diagnose and manage a variety of psychiatric disorders using evidence-based practices. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans combining psychotherapy and medication management. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to optimize outcomes. Provide consultation services to other healthcare professionals within the facility. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation adhering to medical standards and confidentiality. Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping mechanisms. Requirements M.D. or D.O. degree with Board Certification in Psychiatry. Completion of Psychiatry residency from an accredited institution. Proven experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist, preferably within private healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of psychiatric evaluation methods, treatment modalities, and psychopharmacology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive patient information responsibly.
