We are seeking a dedicated and organised Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. Duties
* Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to create reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Manage financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping tasks.
* Organise office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace to enhance productivity.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative processes.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Typing skills with a high level of accuracy for data entry tasks.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
* Previous clerical experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with office procedures.
