A well established architectural practice is looking to recruit an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join its technical team, working primarily on residential housing projects. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys the production of detailed residential house packs, working within a structured technical environment and supporting projects through the later design stages. This consultancy also works within sports and leisure, mixed-use developments, Passivhaus designs, and has recently shifted its attention towards retrofit projects. Their primary focus is constructing energy efficient buildings, prioritising a low carbon footprint and adhering to sustainable design principles.
