Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engineering systems and solutions that support our organisational objectives. Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions aligned with project requirements and organisational goals.
* Analyse technical specifications and produce detailed plans, drawings, and documentation.
* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation of systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all engineering activities.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by analysing existing processes and proposing innovative enhancements.
* Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in engineering design, development, or project management is desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
* Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients professionally.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to engineering practices is advantageous.
