What is the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Business Energy and work across various Services workstreams and channels including inbound and outbound telephony. You will work as part of a team on a multitude of work items based on business priorities and requirements. As part of your role you will:
- Ensure enquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuous delivery of a superior customer experience whether working on emails or speaking directly with customers.
- Work with the Service teams to provide resource support, you could be supporting across any of our Service teams including Metering, SME Hub, Collections or Back office.
- You will learn multiple processes across Service and will ensure you remain compliant when carrying out these tasks.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Previous experience of working within a SSE Customer Service delivery environment.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, organisational and prioritising skills.
- Attention to detail, resilience, and drive.
