The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our contract processes and ensure the smooth execution of agreements vital to our external operations. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, sales, procurement, and operations teams, to ensure contracts meet business objectives and compliance standards. Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and optimize opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to foster mutually beneficial agreements. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline contract processes and enhance efficiency. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including interpretation of terms and dispute resolution. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and legal developments relevant to contract management. Requirements: Proven experience in contract management within the manufacturing industry, with a solid understanding of commercial and legal principles. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards, such as GDPR and ISO certifications.
