Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our management team within the Public Dental Service as an Admin Team Leader.
The successful candidate will work closely with other Team Leaders and Senior Managers to ensure robust systems are in place to support the smooth running of the service. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and professional management of reception and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
* Oversight and management of electronic patient records and information systems.
* Scheduling and appointing patients.
* Supporting the Department Manager and Clinical Director in the development, review, and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.
Essential Criteria
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and produce complex reports and data.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently with minimal supervision.
* HNC or SVQ Level III in an office/administrative related subject or equivalent experience.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems.
* Previous experience in managing a team.
