Contract Coordinator / Administrator
Location: Bristol office
Responsibilities
* Support the daily management of a large, high‑profile contract within South Wales, including organising on‑time delivery of maintenance and repair works and supporting all operational and sales activity relating to the contract.
* Maintain regular customer communication, preparation and delivery of reports for all equipment out of action and requiring repairs or upgrades.
* Serve as the point of contact for customers for day‑to‑day enquiries, focusing on resolution to minimise escalations.
* Support preparation of quotations for repair/upgrade works from multiple sources.
* Extract details from the CRM system to support customers with regulatory and statutory compliance issues.
* Assist the operational team with any complaints investigation and resolution.
* Deliver customer satisfaction and quality to ensure retention and sustainable long‑term growth of the contract.
Qualifications
* Building services industry experience, ideally with field service delivery.
* Experience of workload planning/scheduling in an engineering environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience of service contract delivery for large customers.
