We are working in partnership with a specialist Alternative Provision in Towcester seeking a dedicated Functional Skills English Tutor to join their team from March 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis. This provision supports students aged 11-16 who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. The setting focuses on rebuilding confidence, improving behaviour, and re-engaging learners through personalised pathways - with Functional Skills playing a crucial role in preparing students for further education, employment, and training.
