Overview
The Perse Pelican School has two vacancies to start January 2026, for a permanent Class Teacher and a maternity cover Class Teacher (fixed for 1 year). The successful candidate will have a motivation to work with children and the capacity to inspire pupils of all abilities, enhancing pupil learning. They will have an empathy for pupils, parents, staff and the community.

Responsibilities
* Teach a class of children in any year group throughout The Perse Pelican, ensuring the children develop academically, socially, physically, and emotionally.
* Plan and prepare the curriculum to engage and inspire the children, actively involving them in their learning.

* Demonstrated motivation to work with children and capacity to inspire pupils of all abilities.
* Empathy for pupils, parents, staff and the community.
