Your responsibilities will include: Advising on acquisitions and disposals of property Handling leasing transactions and estate management matters Drafting and reviewing property documentation including leases and licences Working with clients, counterparties and professional advisers Managing files efficiently from instruction through to completion Building strong and lasting client relationships About you This role would suit a Property Solicitor who: Has 4 years’ PQE in commercial and/or residential property Is confident managing a varied caseload Has experience handling transactional property work Demonstrates organisational and drafting skills Communicates clearly and effectively with clients Takes a practical and commercially minded approach Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team The environment You’ll be joining a growing Glasgow-based team .
