**Contract Position Outside IR35 Based in Worcestershire, England**
We are seeking an experienced contract ETL Developer with strong IBM DataStage expertise to support the end-to-end delivery of a data migration and integration for our customer. This role requires Security Clearance NPPV3.
Key Responsibilities
* Define requirements and produce detailed technical specifications for:
o One-off legacy case data extraction and load
o Daily automated transfer of new case data
* Design, develop, test and implement robust ETL routines using IBM DataStage
* Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to gain design sign-off
* Work with security and governance teams to ensure IRAR and DPIA requirements are fully met
* Ensure timely delivery against key milestones outlined in the Statement of Work
Required Skills & Experience
1. Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage
2. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ETL solutions in complex data environments
3. Experience working with MS Dynamics 365 as a source system is highly desirable
4. Understanding of data governance, information assurance and secure data transfer protocols
5. Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
