Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day processing of UK, IOM, and Jersey payrolls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislation and company policies
* Complete all HMRC submissions, payroll reconciliations, and adhere to legislative deadlines
* Perform testing for payroll system upgrades and patches
* Handle global executive currency conversions and collaborate with the GO2HR team for ECP changes
* Process and reconcile payments, including court orders, childcare, ad hoc, Sharesave, and settlements—obtaining PM approval and coordinating with AP or Group Treasury as needed
* Manage ONS survey submissions and support audit work as required
* Upload Sharesave contribution and leaver files to the Link Portal
* Process international payments for 888 legacy staff and the Global Executive Team, ensuring HMRC reconciliations and payments are accurate and up‑to‑date
Qualifications
* Excellent current, technical payroll knowledge
* Experience of processing a manual payroll
* Excellent EC and ECP systems skill and numerical skills
* A technically aligned payroll professional who can lead by example and impart their in-depth payroll knowledge to the team
