Senior Corporate Finance Analyst – Expansion Programme
You will be a key member of the Treasury team, supporting the Finance Manager and the Head of Finance in the Corporate Finance & Treasury Risk division. Your focus will be on corporate finance and financial modelling, particularly for the long‑term financial planning of the Expansion Programme.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update Corporate Finance models to ensure input accuracy and correct outputs.
* Collaborate with the planning and forecasting team to integrate financing elements into management and regulatory business plans, optimizing liquidity, covenants and credit metrics.
* Assist in reviewing and updating Treasury policies to reflect Heathrow’s risk appetite.
* Support relationships with credit rating agencies by responding to information requests and participating in periodic rating reviews.
* Model for external reporting on valuation, impairment, going‑concern analysis and sensitivity studies, and liaise with external auditors as required.
* Communicate complex financial information effectively (written and oral) to internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of Board materials and responding to stakeholder queries.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in financial modelling using Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in data analysis and problem‑solving.
* Strong financial literacy and analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Good understanding of controls and governance over financial models.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

Working Location
Hybrid working – average two days a week from home. You must be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
