An exciting opportunity has arisen for a standout Executive Assistant to partner directly with the Group CEO in a fast‑paced, highly dynamic corporate environment. This is not a traditional PA position, it’s a high‑impact role at the heart of the organisation, offering influence, visibility, and deep involvement in executive operations. The role is permanent, based full time on site.
What the Role Involves
The Executive Assistant will take full ownership of the CEO’s schedule, communications, and meeting preparation, ensuring priorities are protected and activities run seamlessly. They will also support the wider Executive Team on an ad-hoc basis and provide Board‑level continuity for the Chairman when required.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and prioritising a complex CEO diary with complete autonomy
Drafting high‑quality communications
Coordinating detailed travel itineraries and logistics
Preparing meeting briefs, research summaries, and attendee profiles, anticipating project goals and keeping on track.
Recording minutes at Executive and Management Board meetings and tracking follow‑up actions
Producing polished presentations and Executive reports
Managing expenses, invoices, and payment approvals
Coordinating business updates, performance trackers, and strategic project activity
Supporting senior recruitment processes, including candidate reviews and interview packs
Acting as a trusted representative of the CEO in stakeholder interactions
Providing PA cover for the Chairman during absence or annual leave
Ad-hoc duties from time to time
