The Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Litigation Lawyer to join our growing team. You will manage a varied caseload covering civil and commercial disputes, family matters and contentious probate, providing clear, practical advice and working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of litigation matters from instruction to completion
Advising clients on civil and commercial disputes, family matters and contentious probate
Drafting correspondence, pleadings and legal documents
Conducting negotiations and representing clients where appropriate
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting business development and networking activities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation, family and/or contentious probate
Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with a current practising certificate
Ability to work independently with secretarial support
Strong organisational and case management skills
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
Interest in networking and contributing to client acquisition
