We are seeking an experienced and proactive Night Manager to oversee the smooth running of hotel operations during the night. You will be responsible for managing staff, handling guest issues, and ensuring safety and security until the morning shift arrives.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise all hotel operations during the night shift
* Act as the senior manager on duty, handling guest complaints and emergencies
* Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety and hotel security
* Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests efficiently
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues
* Prepare and review night audit reports and daily revenue figures
* Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
* Maintain accurate logs and shift handovers for morning management
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and emergency procedures during night hours
