What you will be doing:
* Leading and developing the Project Management function, ensuring it is structured, effective and aligned to business objectives
* Owning and embedding project governance frameworks across the organisation
* Taking full responsibility for Design Control processes, ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle
* Driving delivery of multiple complex product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to commercial and technical goals
* Working cross-functionally with teams across R&D, operations, quality, regulatory and commercial functions
* Identifying risks early and implementing clear mitigation strategies
* Providing clear, structured updates to senior stakeholders on project performance, risks and priorities
* Continuously improving project delivery through better processes, tools and ways of working
What we need from you:
* Strong project management experience delivering complex programmes end-to-end
* Proven experience leading and developing teams
* Experience working within a regulated environment such as ISO13485
* Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level
* Confident engaging with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
* Someone who brings structure, clarity and momentum, not just oversight
What can you expect in return:
* Salary in the region of £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience
