POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team at The Ritz London as a Reservations Manager (1 Year Maternity Cover), overseeing both Rooms and Dining Reservations. As Reservations Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience by leading a team responsible for all reservation enquiries-from elegant overnight stays to our world-famous Afternoon Tea and Michelin-starred dining. Your leadership will ensure that every guest journey begins with efficiency, warmth, and the highest level of personalised service. You will be responsible for managing daily operations within the Reservations Department, optimising occupancy and table availability, and maintaining seamless communication between departments. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, possess a keen eye for detail, and inspire their team to uphold the highest standards of guest care and operational excellence.
