A rare an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Care Home Manager to join their team. Position Overview Establishing and maintaining high quality care within a Residential setting for adults within a 14 Bedroom Adults Residential Home. You will work in ways that enable people to achieve in all areas of life, by overseeing the operation and development of the service. Provide leadership and guidance to the team creating a person-centred culture. Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies whilst upholding the charity values, standards, and expected behaviours.
