What Youll Get Stuck Into as our Sous Chef :
Creating, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes running and leading sections while coordinating smooth service.
Supporting the Head Chef by mentoring and developing less experienced team members
Managing wastage, portions and time efficiencies
Jumping onto any section when needed to ensure seamless service
Working closely with other departments to delivery a smooth guest experience
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
