Crown Paints is seeking to recruit an experienced Store Manager to join our fantastic team based in York.
* The role is permanent, full-time, working 40 hours per week (7am-5pm, Monday - Friday, and occasional Saturdays 8am-2pm).

What you can expect from this role
As the Store Manager, you will support and guide our full-time and part-time Sales Assistants/Drivers in maximizing profits through innovative and effective sales of our range of decorative paints and sundry items. You will manage and motivate your team to provide every customer with a personal experience from the moment they enter our CDC.
Who we are looking for
A commercially astute leader with retail management, team leadership, and a consultative sales approach. Experience in improving store performance through reviewing sales/KPI results and identifying development areas is preferred. A current driving license and the ability to drive are essential, as the CDC coordinates daily customer deliveries.
